jetbuzzz Terms & Conditions

To be eligible to register and use the jetbuzzz platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are a natural person, at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a location where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close associate of jetbuzzz or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme maintained by jetbuzzz.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by jetbuzzz for breach of these Terms.

jetbuzzz operates exclusively for the Bangladesh market and its Services are intended for use by players based in Bangladesh. The platform accepts registrations from players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and all other regions of Bangladesh.

Age Verification. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of your account lifetime, including at the point of registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or at any other time we deem appropriate. Acceptable proof of age documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where age cannot be satisfactorily verified, we reserve the right to suspend the account and withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification.

Underage Gambling. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under 18 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, freeze any balance, conduct a full review, and if the suspicion is confirmed, close the account permanently and report the matter as required. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

jetbuzzz supports a range of local payment methods tailored to players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Supported payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount on jetbuzzz is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your platform account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. jetbuzzz does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which we bear no responsibility.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the jetbuzzz account holder. We do not accept withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and verification before processing.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad: Typically processed within a few hours of approval during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 24 hours of approval.
• Visa / Mastercard: Processing time may vary depending on the issuing bank; typically 1–3 business days.

Anti-Money Laundering. jetbuzzz is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We operate strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Any deposits made to a jetbuzzz account must be withdrawn via the same payment method used to make the original deposit, up to the amount of the deposit. Winnings in excess of the deposit amount may be withdrawn via the player's preferred registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.

We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, we may request additional documentation before the withdrawal is processed.

jetbuzzz offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major ICC cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made.

General Bonus Terms.

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed the required verification steps and meet the eligibility criteria stated for each offer.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or payment method unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• jetbuzzz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of any bonuses already accepted and in active use by players at the time of the change.

Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, arbitrage strategies, or any other method that jetbuzzz determines to constitute bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. jetbuzzz's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

No-Deposit and Free Bet Offers. Where jetbuzzz offers no-deposit bonuses or free bets, these are subject to maximum withdrawal caps and additional wagering requirements as stated in the individual offer terms. Winnings from no-deposit bonuses are not withdrawable as cash until all applicable conditions have been satisfied.

Suspension by jetbuzzz. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• There is suspicious activity on your account that warrants investigation.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, a court order, or a regulatory authority.

During a suspension, you will not be able to place bets, access casino games, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Any balance in your account at the time of suspension will be retained securely pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation concludes in your favour, your account will be reinstated and full access restored. If a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and the balance dealt with in accordance with the findings.

Voluntary Closure. You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@jetbuzzz. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification.

Self-Exclusion. If you wish to take a break from gambling for a defined or indefinite period, you may request self-exclusion through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Once a self-exclusion is active, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or participate in any gaming activity for the duration of the exclusion period. Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jetbuzzz reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances after this period, in accordance with our standard dormancy policy communicated to you at registration. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email before any such fee is applied.

Effect of Closure. Upon closure of your account — whether voluntary, by jetbuzzz, or through self-exclusion — these Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply to all activity conducted prior to the closure date, including the settlement of any outstanding bets, the processing of any pending transactions, and the resolution of any disputes arising from your use of the platform.
